Oasis Emission Consultants, Inc., was established based on the the need for an automated and reliable engine emission testing service. In 1999, Oasis completed the Winstack system, a proprietary computerized data acquisition system, specifically designed to test emissions from natural gas compressor engines and turbines. Today, the Winstack system has become a powerful tool that has been recognized by many state regulatory agencies and clients alike.

Oasis currently operates in the United States and Canada from our offices located in Rock Springs and Sheridan, Wyoming and Calgary, Alberta. Oasis intends to merge technical innovation with mechanical expertise in order to provide clients with services and solutions that surpass industry standards.
